1. Delivery & Shipping Policy
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
Standard delivery time is 3 to 4 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery schedules may vary slightly due to public holidays or unforeseen logistics issues.
2. Payment Methods
Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Customers are required to pay the full amount in cash to the courier representative at the time of receiving the parcel.
3. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Opened Bottles: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for any opened or unsealed supplement bottles.
Damaged Goods: If the product is damaged during transit (courier handling), we will offer an exchange. However, damage caused by the customer after delivery will not be entertained.
Timeline: Any complaints regarding damaged or wrong products must be reported within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving the parcel. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
4. Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order at any time before it is dispatched.
Cancellation can be done when our representative calls for order confirmation or by contacting us via our official helpline before the confirmation call.
Once the order is handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled.
